Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her brown hair, when down, is lengthy. Her hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has never given up on her writing dream.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and doesn't want to be a shepherd and was forced into it by her family

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. She has brown eyes.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting orcs, the young Oriff began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears a colorful flower in his red fur. This copper eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears red painted combat armor at almost all times. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: She wears a white vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her grey leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her white boots flare out at the collars. She is physically well-built. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are violet and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Merla was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was taken from her home at a very young age. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and to unite with her brother
