History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She wears a brown coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon her head, and carries hand crossbows. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. She has gray eyes and a brown hat with a blue feather.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bowyer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ella embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Ella lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it
