History: Grai was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. A freak accident while working with her Sculptor father left her crippled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body, and is pretty ugly. She has slicked back auburn hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a fine chain shirt which she covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. Her brown hair is wavy and long. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balifra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balifra. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
