History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Carter soon after.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His dark red hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Paggen never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Traulam studied abroad. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.
