He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His green eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker blue hat.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Paggen was born the youngest of three triplets. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Being a Bounty Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He worked as a nervous Ruler and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Sailor; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
