Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Robert embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Courier, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bather hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Robert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her pastel robe. Her golden hair is lengthy. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Miner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears a colorful flower in his red hair. His black eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Cairn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bow.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she's looking for her big break
