History: She comes from a rich southern family. She found a children's book about a Gnome Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Paela hails from a village terrorized by drow. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate.
