Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Naeris was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Naeris's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He wears his copper crest up. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His childhood dream was to be a Navigator, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: This slender man stands about 3'6". He tends to wear a tan poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a broad hat. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he is greedy

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing her hectic life and new cartwright responsibilities is difficult
