History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fallthra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fallthra. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tod fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Gifted from a young age, Marastyr studied abroad. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a crown-heir and was forced into it by her family
