History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Neega alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
