History: She got into the Guard business at a young age. In her youth she was a Carter, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Description: An older woman who is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her black hair is well kept. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Murook was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Murook alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and nothing but the best is good enough for her
