His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. A true patriot, Raer would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raer was born the youngest of three triplets. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
