History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. History: Lucan was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
