History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Hobart was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To be a Shipwright again; and sabotage a competitor
