Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Murook will drive conversation. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born in the south. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.

History: Edge was born with her mother's beautiful face. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Direcris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
