History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Richard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Gifted from a young age, Richard studied abroad. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.
