Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a suit in poor condition. Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Architect mother left him crippled. During his travels, Ortegar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Ortegar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Ortegar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Adelaide's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Sculptor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by her family

Personality: He is a Tanner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Tanner.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. He has done his best to style his blue crest to look like a famous performer. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Gargax was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Fibblestib lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Fibblestib abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.
