History: Shane was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Shane was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

History: Valafar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.
