Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Volen was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Volen's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Târz was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Scribe, but he got bored and became a Carpenter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Carpenter, and he later adopted a second daughter.
