History: He was born in the west. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Balam was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She is a Succubi in disguise. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She's also a talented Marshal, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
