Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Performer kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alvyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
