Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Halander was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Unemployed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
