History: Born to a Locksmith, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Rinn and her spouse have recently divorced.

When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Gennal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
