History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Oppah will drive conversation. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Oppah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Oppah decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with.
