History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Veloptima was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Veloptima's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Veloptima and her spouse have recently divorced.

To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Vaina lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to orcs.
