History: Moon lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he has money and likes to spend it
