Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Hobart was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born into a rich family. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is greedy
