History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gunnloda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: An older man who does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, he is not a threatening figure. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are blue.

Personality: Rolf speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: She stands about 5'6" and wears a violet shirt, with a green mid length skirt with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Sumnes is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sumnes fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
