His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Priest arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
