Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gale will drive conversation. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Gale was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bellfounder; and he's in love

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Bellfounder.

Motivation: To be a Ploughman again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Spear is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Spear alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

History: She is a Hag in disguise. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she is unsatisfied with her job
