Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Balifra was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and wants to work out more often

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears blue trousers with green and yellow striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. Her hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears an entirely blue suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His brown hair is braided into rings. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable
