He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He uses divination through singing.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His childhood dream was to be a Baker, but he was a colossal failure. He has worked as a Engraver like his father before him.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand his business

Description: An older woman who wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born in the west to a Brewer, Ella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Brewer. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Her dark red hair is thinning but still full. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lerissa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Bricklayer, but he got bored and became a Baker. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Motivation: To be a Bricklayer again; and sabotage a competitor
