Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Cartwright but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Gardain was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gardain's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Her childhood dream was to be a Baker, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 15 years.

History: Born in the west to a Hunter, Murgen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She now owns her own business.
