Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Carrie was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature glaive.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Jasmine was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she has a crush on the local mercenary
