Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Dalgal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of brigands
