History: Oppleby was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her red hair is long and unkept. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Bryseis was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Description: She is a small woman, but exceptionally fit. She wears a simple red robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her tied-back hair is brown. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nedda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Nedda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest woman in the west
