Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Valanthe is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Baker, who enjoyed hunting, Valanthe was taken on many hunting expeditions. Valanthe liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
