History: Born to a Carpenter, her mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Jeweler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and retire the richest woman in the north

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
