History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Through the years after Stacee was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Stacee's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Crown-heir job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
