Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and balancing her hectic life and new animal trainer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Tordrid hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it.
