Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Meriele grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. Erias enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Erias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'10". He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has moderate length black hair. His eyes are a pleasant red.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of a Bather, who enjoyed hunting, Xappan was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new sellsword responsibilities is difficult
