History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Naivara's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Zook was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Zook was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and regain custody of her daughter
