Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Soapmaker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Kelter learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing a long, white, dusty cloak, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and expand his business

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a violet costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
