History: Kody was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Navigator for the past few years.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and retire the richest woman in the north
