Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Hlin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and balancing her hectic life and new barkeep responsibilities is difficult

History: Trail was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to unite with his sister

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep pastel leather and dull blue iron scale mail. She wears her lavender fur up. Her eyes are yellow and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born to a Sellsword, her father struggled to pay the bills. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Sailor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the west. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.
