History: Sethrekar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oriel studied abroad. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
