Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.

Description: An older man who is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, he is not a threatening figure. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. This brown eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Nutae reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born in a small desert village. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A woman with a calm yet intense air about her, she wears dull brown sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed glaive, just in case. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Alice embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Born to a Blacksmith, her father struggled to pay the bills. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
