History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ulblyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Masseuse.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tiefling conditions. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
