History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mason. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the south. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has achieved small success as a Mason.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is greedy

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A friendly and beautiful Gnome, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
