Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand his business

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has achieved small success as a Blacksmith.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
